Usually the same working day (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm). We're a small family-run team — we read every form ourselves and reply with a real quote, not an automated estimate. Occasionally during busy weeks it might be the next working day.

Honestly, no. We're not trying to be. We use industry-leading paint and lacquer systems, and our spray booth and process are set up for finishes that hold up long-term. We're competitively priced for the quality — but if cheapest is the priority, we're probably not the right fit.
Even better — you have more control. On a non-fault claim you're entitled to choose your own repairer (you don't have to use the at-fault insurer's "approved" network). We deal with their insurer directly, and in most cases you won't pay an excess. Pop down before you formally lodge anything if you want advice on the best route.
